Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Premiere, Get Ready for it!

The Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows premiere is mere days away. While you jump for joy and itch your whole body out of excitement, consider a few easy steps to getting ready. While you do so, do NOT forget, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (part 1) premiere date is 19 November 2010. Here are a few things you should do to prepare!

1. Movie marathon!

While it's a little too late now to start reading all of the books leading up to HP7, there's definitely time to Netflix all of the HP movies, invite your friends over, make popcorn, and have THE ULTIMATE HARRY POTTER MOVIE MARATHON. See what happens in movies 1-6, get your fill of quidditch (which is absent from the 7th book), sit back, relax, and jump into the first 16 years of Harry's life.

2. Read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Although you know the movie won't follow the book exactly, and there's a lot of ground on Voldemort's past that we have yet to learn in the movie series, read the amazing 7th installment to refresh yourself on everything that happens in the concluding parts of the story. Don't fret about everything we have yet to see, because the epic concluding masterpiece is going to have it all!

3. Get your ticket for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows premiere!

If you already have your midnight showing ticket, then good. If not, it's too late. All the seats at all the theaters are probably sold out. If you're like me and don't care about ruining your entire Friday, go to the 3 A.M. showing at nearest participating theater. Another suggestion: prepare to get a nice meal with your friends at the closest 24 hour restaurant to the theater around midnight. It'll be a worthwhile experience.

4. Get there EARLY

If you want any kind of a decent seat, you're going to have to wait in line for the movie for longer than the film actually lasts. That's the reality and insanity of the situation and it's for the simple reason that everyone who matters wants to see this movie (almost) as much as you. While you wait, make some new friends and enjoy all the clever costumes.

5. WATCH THE MOVIE

It's finally here, and it'll be amazing. You know what to do.

I must know, are you as excited as I am to watch the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows premiere?

Yes / No

(answer and you could win the 7 Harry Potter books and tickets to the premiere!)
